SLIDE the injured limb through the center of the bandage.
PLACE it about 5-7 cm above the site of bleeding or, in case it is not possible to put a ready-to-tighten bandage through it.

FOLD WITH BOTH HANDS Wrap the bandage around the limb.

SLIDE the end of the strap through the buckle, PLACE the brace about 5-7 cm above the bleeding site.

TIGHTEN the belt.

TRACK the restraint until bleeding stops.

PLACE the restraint in the retaining latch until you hear the characteristic "CLICK" sound.

SAVE the loose end of the strap wrapped around the limb with Velcro.

SAVE the time of the wristband application with the included marker (noting the time is possible in two places).
